Wyndy Milla new website

We have been working with Henry Furniss from Wyndy Milla for a several years now, from when he was an elite rider at the Bike and Run team to now, where he runs his own cycling hub (shop, bike fitting and cycling club near Farnham in Surrey). Here is Nasima looking particularly hot in our tri top and bib shorts:

We have made a lot of kit for them over the years and they currently have versions of our kit in pink, blue, black and white (just to make sure that everyone can find something they like). We owe a lot to Henry and Nasima because over the years they have tested custom kit out for us and helped us to develop our range. Mirjam gets 4th in Ironman South Africa

An unbelievable race by Mirjam Weerd, one of the triathletes whose clothing we sponsor, to come 4th in Ironman South Africa.

Here she is crossing the finish line looking fresh as a daisy wearing our female tri top and tri shorts and you can see some more photos here. We are very proud to be associated with her and we look forward to seeing some more fantastic results to get Carvalho Custom kit on the podium!

Evolution Tri, Windsor – custom kit

We are now supplying Evolution Tri in Windsor with their club triathlon and cycling kit for the second year and they have some sharp looking kit!

The club is run by Kevin Wallace, the most motivated man in Windsor who I first met at the TCR show in London last February when there was 6 inches of snow on the ground, but he insisted on wearing shorts. Now there’s a man who likes to suffer.

The club has a fantastic balance between serious training from qualified coaches and having a good laugh – as well as having the added bonus of being able to feed off Kevin’s ridiculous amounts of spare energy. You can go to their site or their facebook page to find out more about them.

Custom inline skating skinsuits for Londonskaters

We have been supplying Londonskaters Speed team with kit for a few years now. We supply them with a whole range of kit, including the custom inline skating skinsuits pictured below. They also buy cycling kit, training jackets and other clothing paraphernalia that anyone who is involved with any sport knows they love to collect.

They are one of the UK’s leading and largest inline skating teams and have athletes of all abilities, from national champions to beginners and are very welcoming to new members if you are interested in giving it a go.

Southdown Velo custom cycling kit

We have been supplying Southdown Velo in Chichester for 5 years now with their custom cycling kit- they are a model club that has worked really hard to develop their more serious racing side with riders such as Toby Neave, winner of the Portsmouth-DHCyclesport circuit series, as well having really strong children’s, female and more ‘social’ sections. We have worked really hard to develop our female range of clothing over the last few months, adding a new female chamois and new female cuts to non bib shorts and jerseys/jackets and we also supply a full range of childrens sizes.

As with a lot of good clubs, they have a very strong relationship with a local bike shop, Geared Bikes and Wear ,who sponsor the club and offer members discounts and of course they get to put their logo on the legendary Southdown Velo cycling jerseys!

Elena Maslova wins Dublin Duathlon

We have been supplying Wheelworx in Dublin with custom cycling and triathlon kit for 4 years now and they have become one of the leading forces in Irish triathlon. One of their top female athletes is Elena Maslova, who is having a fantastic 2009.

Here she is on her way to winning the Dublin duathlon series wearing our custom short tri top and custom running briefs.

Les Veloistes Gentils cycling jerseys

Les Veloistes Gentiles are a group of friends who ride together round France periodically. This year they took on the Pyrenees, including the Tourmalet. A great idea if you can convince some more sap to follow you round in a truck with your bags in the back.

If you have never taken on some proper cycling mountains in the Alps or Pyrenees, you have to go one day. I think a lot of riders think they will never make it up, given the kind of rides they normally train on, but my experience of working as a guide in some big mountains is that it is astounding what a bit of application and a very small gear can do for you when faced with the steep stuff. There are now lots of organisations which also organise these kind of trips such as Veloventoux and Pyractif which can make sure your trip runs smoothly.

Custom cycling kit for Russia

We are very proud to have our first Russian client for custom cycling clothing, Skisport, in St Petersburg. We now sell kit all round the world, including the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, France, Spain, Switzerland, Finland, Norway and Holland – we do not use distributors, but sell directly from Portugal, so cutting out the middle man and the 30% margin they stick on top!
