We are always glad to hear feedback from clients and one thing that we have been told many times is that you would prefer our minimum order quantities to be less. So we have listened. From now on our minimum order quantity is just 5 of an item (to avoid a 50% surchage). But it gets better – if your total order value is greater than €1500 there are no minimum quantities and you can order what the hell you like with no surcharges.
Other clients have said that our design fee could be a little lower – our design fee is pretty competitive given that we do not charge extra for logos that are not ready for printing (vectorised) and that we are happy to provides as many proofs and design options as a client requires at no extra cost. Anyway, we have listened and our new design fee is €150!
And lastly we have added a fixed discount structure, which is for orders of value:
€1500+ = 5% discount
€2500+ = 7% discount
€5000+ = 10% discount
We are still the most competitively priced supplier of pro quality custom cycling and triathlon kit in Europe and now with our very simple minimum order and discount structure, we have to be the easiest to use supplier also!

Many people are asking me about getting tri suits made to order. I see it would be easier to go through a company designed to do this. Questions are: Deliver to Northern Ireland (UK), how long from order, What templates do we have to choose from! Club logo’s. Can orders be five minimum but different sizes! Can we get samples to see quality! My time is running an running club and doing trathlons and marathons when I am not busy working!

Many thanks for your interest in our company – we will sell you an email confirming all the information you require. But in short:
Delivery is 4 weeks from when the design is approved.
You can either do a full custom design in which case there are no design limits, but a EUR150 design fee, or you can do a semi custom design (EUR90) using our online tri suit designer. If you choose to do a full custom design, you can send us a sketch, photo or even a description of what you are looking for and we will produce a draft design for you to approve or request alterations until you are happy.
To make up the 5 minimum it can be mixed sizes. Alternatively if you order more than EUR1500 worth of kit, there are no minimums.
There is no charge for samples, we just ask that you return them to us within 2 weeks.
