An unbelievable race by Mirjam Weerd, one of the triathletes whose clothing we sponsor, to come 4th in Ironman South Africa.
Here she is crossing the finish line looking fresh as a daisy wearing our female tri top and tri shorts and you can see some more photos here. We are very proud to be associated with her and we look forward to seeing some more fantastic results to get Carvalho Custom kit on the podium!
Don’t forget to mention the very handy sidepockets in the female tri top. I particularly like those. They are very easy to put in Powerbar gels that you need for the race. The pockets are deep, so nothing falls out. And are still easy to grab anything you put in there.

Hello Mirjam! I think that racing our kit in an Ironman is the ultimate test for it and I am very happy that it passed the test. We really look forward to following your next race – have you been sitting on the sofa for the last week eating appelgebak washed down with some Oranjeboom? I think you might deserve a couple of days off…
