For a long time we have been manufacturing cycling clothing under our Carvalho Custom brand, but we are getting an increasing number of requests from European cycling clothing brands looking for a European manufacturer (generally because they want to avoid manufacturing in China where the vast majority of cycling clothing brands currently manufacture). So if you are are a cycling clothing brand looking to manfucature in Europe, then our facility here in Portugal might be the right answer for you.
Our production capacity is nothing like the vast factories in the Far East and generally we avoid orders of more than 1000 units of each piece. We also only really supply at the medium and high end of cycling kit quality. If what you are looking for is a highly professional, reliable and flexible European cycling clothing manfucturer then we could be the right fit for you.
For smaller orders we can use our existing cuts and fabrics to avoid the costs of making a range from scratch, but for larger orders we can manufacturer to order: generally the easiest way to do this is for us to base your design on an existing piece of kit so that you do not have to reinvent the wheel. We already have a wide range of cycling clothing styles available as well as a broad stock of fabrics and other materials that will be required. We also have decades of experience making cycling kit.
