We are very happy to send out samples of any items from our range to you. Just let us know what you would like to see and we will send them to you: we only ask that you return samples within two weeks. Once you have placed an order we can send you size samples in all sizes you would like to try so that your club members can try them out. A semi-custom design uses a template with certain graphic elements on it which cannot be altered: you can change all the colours and add as many logos and text as you like however. You can go to our online cycling jersey designer or tri suit designer and make your own design and submit it to us. If you place an order, then our graphic designer will redraw it to make sure that the design is done to a professional standard for you to approve. Alternatively, you can just explain to our designer what semi-custom design you would like based on our templates and he will produce it for you (once a deposit on the order has been placed). We will produce designs for all the items that you are going to order for you. The one off cost is €90 and covers the complete cycling and triathlon range. Please send any graphics in the highest definition that you have available – if you do not have them available as vectors (print quality graphics), then we will redraw them for you.
Once you have placed an order, you can speak directly with our graphic designer and explain what you want and he will produce your design for you to approve or request alterations on it. You can send a pencil sketch with annotations, a photo of a pro team kit that you like the look of or just a set of instructions for us to work from. He can also produce a few different options for you to choose between. Here are some design tips for custom cycling & triathlon clothing to help make your design as effective as possible.
If you order at least 10 of one main item (e.g. custom cycling jersey, tri suit), then there are no minimum requirements on any other items. So for example you could order 10 male cycling jerseys, 4 bib shorts, 3 arm warmers and 2 tri suits. If you do not order at least 10 of one item then there is a 35% surcharge on the order.
You can fill out our online order form (download it here), which will automatically give you a quote in either Pounds or Euros.This will include VAT where appropriate (if you are ordering from a tax registered company within the EU or anyone from outside the EU, then we will not charge VAT). Postage will also be calculated and works out at approximately 1 Euro per item. There is also a discount system that is automatically calculated on the order from:
€1500+ = 5%
2500+ = 7%
€5000+ = 10%
There is a one off design fee of €150 for full custom designs and €95 for semi-custom designs. This fee covers our complete cycling and triathlon range.
To place an order you can either fill out our order form or you can just send us a list of what you require and we will produce a quotation for you. Our price list is here. We will then ask you to make a 50% deposit payment, with the remainder is due prior to dispatch. Once we have received the deposit, we will produce your design in all the garments that you are ordering for you to approve and when you are happy, it will go into production. When the kit is ready, we will ask for the final payment. Payments can be made by Euro transfer (Portuguese bank account) or Paypal (accepts any credit card or debit card). We are the only custom cycling & triathlon kit supplier that offers a financial guarantee on meeting our delivery deadlines. We will give you the week in which your order will be ready and if we do not dispatch it to you during that week, then we will give you a 2% discount on your total order value for every day we are late.
